Welcome all to Dulcimoon 2026
Below you’ll find the full festival schedule along with the links you’ll need to join the classes you signed up for. Most classes include two links:
ZOOM LINK — this takes you directly into the live class
HANDOUTS — any materials you may want to download in advance or reference during the session
If a class is marked NO HANDOUT, that simply means there’s nothing to download for that session.
We hope you’ll settle in, explore freely, and fully enjoy this shared day of music, learning, and connection.
Dulcimoon is as much about community as it is about classes, and we’re truly grateful to have you as part of it.
If you have questions, need help, or just want to say hello, feel free to drop into the HOME ROOM using the links below — we’re always happy to help.

Level 1: Absolute Beginner
Brand new to the instrument: learn the layout of your instrument, develop basic technique, and get started comfortably.
Level 2: Novice
Building confidence: learn new tunes, develop steady rhythm patterns, and add simple chords.
Level 3: Intermediate
Comfortable playing tunes: learn new embellishments, add harmonies, explore arranging ideas, and develop smoother technique.
Level 4: Upper Intermediate
Refining technique and expression: add your own embellishments, play with more complex rhythms, and become comfortable using the full breadth of your instrument.
Level 5: Advanced
Leveling up: ready for complex pieces, advanced techniques, writing your own arrangements, and exploring improvisational ideas.
Level 6: All Levels
Workshops open to everyone, regardless of experience. Centered around developing musicality rather than specific instrument technique.Â
About Playing Levels
To help you pick the best workshops for your experience, all of our workshops are classified by the skill level of the material. Although you’re welcome to attend any classes you’d like (and there will be no test), you’re likely to get more from classes designed with somebody of your skill in mind.
